2. Account Creation & Security
To register on hd 999, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Only one account per person is allowed; if the same individual creates multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. During registration, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and email address, both of which will be activated through verification. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential — sharing this information with anyone else will make you solely liable. Any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the hd 999 support team immediately. Certain features, including withdrawals, may be restricted until identity verification (KYC) is completed. Account registration by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited, and any such account identified will be closed immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the hd 999 platform, you must not engage in any illegal activity or disrupt the platform's normal operations. Fraud, manipulation, or harmful conduct toward other users is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offense. Using automated bots, scripts, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage on the platform will result in account termination. Users must use their own personal funds — transactions made using third-party funds or credit cards are not permitted. 4. Payment & Transaction Information

Any legitimate funds remaining in an account balance at the time of closure will be returned; however, bonuses or rewards obtained through policy violations may be forfeited. Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the Help Center, where the process will be completed on their behalf. As part of responsible gaming, users may request a temporary or long-term self-exclusion, which hd 999 is obligated to honor.
